What amenities are included in the membership?

Membership includes high-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, printing station, free gym access in partnership with One Fitness, fair use of meeting rooms, and discounts at local restaurants and cafes.

What are your opening hours?

Our coworking space is open from Monday to Saturday from 9:00-23:00. We are closed on Sundays and national holidays. However, we always try to accomodate to the needs of our members.

Do you offer any discounts for long-term memberships?

Yes, we offer discounts for annual memberships.

Can I book a meeting room without being a member?

Yes, non-members can book meeting rooms at an hourly rate.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we have ample parking space available for all members and visitors.

Can I bring guests to the coworking space?

Yes, members can bring up to 3 guests. Please check with the community manager for guest policies.

Venue FAQs

Is the space available for private events or parties?

Buro is specifically designed for professional use, so we focus on hosting corporate events, exhibitions, photoshoots, and meetings. While we appreciate the interest, we prefer to reserve the space for professional and creative projects that align with the atmosphere we’ve created.

Can you arrange catering for our event?

Yes, we can assist with that! While we don’t handle catering ourselves, we work with excellent local caterers to bring you top-quality options. Just let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Are we allowed to move furniture?

It is possible to rearrange the furniture in the studio as long as it is done carefully and everything is returned to its original place.

However, moving furniture to an external location is not allowed. If you would like the space to be delivered empty, we can arrange for the furniture to be removed for an additional fee. If you’ve got any other questions or special requests, feel free to reach out.

When do I need to pay?

For bookings under $2500, a 100% prepayment of the invoice amount is required to confirm the booking.

For bookings of $2500 or more, a payment of half the invoice amount is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 2 days before the scheduled date.

Can I add extra time?

Extending the session is possible at an additional fee of $100 per hour. However, we cannot guarantee the possibility of an extension due to potentially tight booking schedules. Therefore, we always recommend booking ample time in advance.

How many people can the space accomodate

Depending on your type of event and setup, we recommend a maximum of 50 people in the Main Area and up to 12 people in the Meeting Room.
